Individual & Family Services
Family Coaching, Consulting & Therapy Support
We help families navigate behavioral, emotional, and academic challenges through trauma-informed coaching, therapeutic support, and educational consultation. Services are personalized, collaborative, and designed to strengthen both the child’s environment and the caregivers’ capacity.
Sessions are typically conducted via Zoom, with in-home or school-based visits available as add-ons. Packages can be customized to meet your family’s needs.
Introductory Consultation — “Connection Call”
Free | 30 minutes
A warm, no-pressure conversation to understand your family’s needs and determine the best fit—coaching, consulting, therapy, or a blended approach. We recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all path, and this call helps us tailor your support plan.Family Support Packages
Starter Package — “Clarity Call”
Includes:
One 75-minute follow up session with both consultants
A brief recap email with initial recommendations
Best for: Families seeking immediate guidance, clarity, and a starting point for next steps.
Standard Package — “Family Compass”
Includes:
75 minute follow up session
2 individualized coaching or consultation sessions
Best for: Families needing targeted strategies for behavior, routines, academics, or school collaboration.
Comprehensive Package — “Aligned Advocacy”
Includes:
75 minute follow up session
3 individualized sessions (coaching, consulting, or blended)
A customized support plan with at-home and school-aligned recommendations
Best for: Families navigating ongoing behavioral, emotional, or academic challenges and wanting consistent support.
Family Therapy (Optional Add-On or Standalone Service)
Trauma-informed family therapy is available for families who would benefit from deeper relational work, emotional regulation support, or therapeutic guidance. Therapy can be integrated with coaching or offered separately.

Supporting children with anxiety, overwhelm, or school-related stress
Navigating transitions, sibling conflict, or family system changes
(Therapy services are provided by a licensed clinician and follow clinical guidelines.)

Educational and Mental Health Consulting in Family Transitions
We collaborate with family law professionals to ensure that children’s educational and emotional needs remain supported during and after divorce. We provide expertise in school transitions, learning support, and co-parenting strategies that promote consistency and stability for students.
